Yes. We meet every arrival. A private car from Parikia port is about 25 minutes and starts at €60; the airport is roughly 35 minutes. For eight guests with luggage we send a minivan, or two cars if you prefer to keep one for the week.

Very. A cot, high chair and beach toys are provided free on request, the garden suite works well for families, and Santa Maria beach nearby is shallow and calm. We can also introduce you to trusted local babysitters.

A removable safety fence can be fitted before arrival at no charge, and the pool has a shallow ledge with wide child-height steps. The pool is not overlooked by any neighbouring property, and it is unfenced by default — please tell us in advance if you would like the fence in place.

Daily housekeeping, six days a week, usually mid-morning and around an hour. Beds are made, bathrooms refreshed, kitchen reset and terraces swept. Linen and towels change twice weekly, more often on request.

Yes — for one dinner or for every night. Chef dinners start at €95 per person plus provisions. Breakfast service, lunches and cocktail evenings can also be arranged, and menus are agreed with you before arrival.

A 30% deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded in full less the deposit; within 60 days the booking is non-refundable, so we recommend travel insurance. Date changes are considered case by case and we are reasonable.

The house steps down a hillside on three levels, with external stairs between the parking, the entrance and the pool terrace. There is no lift and no step-free route through the property, so it does not suit guests with limited mobility. The ground floor and pool terrace are on one level once you are there — talk to us and we will describe the approach honestly.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. The house is a private home rather than an event venue: small celebrations and family gatherings are fine, larger parties are not.
